Bohey Dulang Peak Hike

Rising steeply from the ocean floor, this jungle-draped volcanic island forms the centerpiece of the Tun Sakaran Marine Park. A moderately challenging trail winds through thick rainforest canopies before reaching the summit. The top rewards hikers with an incredible panorama of the vibrant blue lagoon contrasting against the surrounding green islands. You might encounter wild macaques and exotic birds during your trek. Most visitors complete the entire journey within three hours.

Mataking & Timba-Timba Islands

Mataking features Malaysia’s only underwater post office where divers can mail waterproof letters. It also connects to a smaller neighboring island via a beautiful natural sandbar that reveals itself at low tide. Timba-Timba provides incredibly soft white sand beaches alongside shallow coral gardens. We usually run this combined sightseeing trip from the morning until the early afternoon. Guests can easily add a stop at Pom Pom Island to increase their chances of swimming alongside wild turtles.

Tun Sakaran Marine Park Tour

This massive protected marine area contains some of the healthiest reef systems in Borneo. The park is characterized by dense mangrove forests, rich seagrass beds and traditional floating communities. A full day out on the water includes a hike up the main viewpoint, snorkeling sessions in the central lagoon and a respectful visit to a local sea-dwelling village.
